Creating and maintaining a storage system is the foundation that your business relies on, this is the first system, you need in the village – an efficient and effective filing system. And that is easy to use!

If you have organized a filing system, you can easily and quickly find the information you need when you need it.

Let me give you my 7 easy steps to create your ideal filing system:

1. Determine your storage space needed. If you choose to deposit plastic, or cabinet, one, you need to keep in mind that you need two times more space than you think you need.

2. Decide you, like you, of course, information. For example, which requires your system, as you and your files. For example, you are a person who believes in alphabetical terms, or categorization to serve you better? Remember – you must do what works for you. This is your archiving system.

3. Calls to close your drawers and boxes. For example, if you have a two-drawer cabinet, use the best for the drawer and business files for the bottom drawer of personal files. It is your decision, how best to classify your drawers. Lumping all your files in a drawer is not a good idea – it is simply not able to look again now!
